There are 3 user roles in elko - Customer Admin, Asset Owner, and End User. Each user must be assigned a role. Access to various features and functions within elko is determined by the user's assigned role. This allows users to focus on specific tasks, thereby streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. You can assign one or multiple users to each role.

Customer Admin (CA): The CA enjoys full access to all features and functions within elko. The first user who registers a workspace will automatically be assigned the role of a CA. The role is ideal for individuals in management and/or IT servives roles.

Asset Owner (AO): The AO manages the asset repository and ensures the organisation's digital content are up-to-date and easily retrievable by other team members. Users who frequently produce digital assets, such as those from Marketing, Media and Creative teams, are most suited to assume this role.

End User (EU): The EU is a general user who accesses elko to view and download assets. The role suits users who regularly search through the asset repository to retrieve content relevant to their day-to-day work.
