1. Type your workspace's URL directly into your browser's address bar (e.g. www.trial-a3bp9.elko.digital). Alternatively, click Log in on the top-right corner of the elko website and enter your workspace's sub-domain (e.g. trial-a3bp9) in the field within the left section.

2. Upon reaching your organisation's log in page, click Register now at the bottom of the page.

3. Fill up the registration fields and click Register.

‍

4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code. Key in the code on the email verification page within 1 hour.

‍

5. Once your email address is verified, your registration application will be sent to your organisation's administrator(s) for review. We will notify you once the review is complete.

6. If your registration has been approved, you will receive an email of your approved registration, with details about your role(s) and sub-domain URL.

7. If your registration has been rejected, you will also receive an email of your rejected registration.
